Yes, Landlords always ask for references from tenants (and I’m no different), but in return I think it’s only fair I offer you some. Please find below copies of surveys completed by tenants that have moved on from my properties (original copies are available upon request):

Answer: Barrie is a great landlord, I loved the 3 years I lived here, I have nothing but positive things to say!

Answer: Barrie was always very understanding about giving me notice when people were coming to the flat, always very kind about everything. He’s a fantastic landlord and really is one of the best.

Any other comments:
Barrie is a fantastic landlord, nothing is ever too much trouble. He is always contactable, if no answer on his phone he will always get back to you asap. Any problems were fixed very fast and to a high standard. Never had any problems where we required additional advice from Barrie, but I am more than confident that had a situation arisen where we needed this he would comply with no obligations. Overall, a very good landlord and I would strongly recommend him.
